Data collected

When placing an order: name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number, and payment information. Credit card data is processed directly by my payment service providers and is never stored by SEVEN.

During your visit: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies, in order to operate the site and measure its usage.

Why I use them

to process and deliver your orders, issue invoices, and contact you regarding them;
to detect fraud;
to improve the site and measure its audience;
to send you my news, only if you have consented to it.

On what basis

I use your data to fulfill your order, comply with my legal obligations (billing, accounting), prevent fraud and improve the site (legitimate interest), and send you my news only with your consent.

Who I share them with

Only with the service providers necessary for the service: Shopify (hosting and shop management), my payment providers, carriers, and audience measurement tools. They may only use your data on behalf of SEVEN. Shopify also processes some data for its own purposes, according to its own privacy policy, available on its website. Some of this data may be processed outside the European Union, with appropriate safeguards (e.g., European Commission standard contractual clauses). I do not sell your data. I may disclose it if required by law.

Cookies

The site uses cookies necessary for its operation and, with your consent, audience measurement cookies. You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies from the site's preferences window, and delete them at any time in your browser settings.

Retention period

Order and billing data are kept for 10 years, the duration imposed by accounting law. Data used to send you my news are kept for 3 years after your last contact with me, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Your rights
