The use of the site by customers is governed by these General Terms and Conditions, as well as by any notices or terms appearing in any other part of the site. SEVEN may modify or remove any part of the site at any time, without being held liable to customers for such modifications. SEVEN reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions; the conditions applicable to an order are those in effect at the time it is placed.
The contract takes effect between you (as a customer) and SEVEN upon the validation of your order.
By placing an order on this site, you (the customer) warrant that:
- you are not a minor or legally incapable of entering into a contract;
- the personal data provided during your order is complete and accurate;
- you are not using a false name, or that of another natural or legal person without authorization.
Placing an order
By placing an order, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions and acknowledge having read them before proceeding with the order.
Order acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during the order, detailing the content of the order, prices, etc.
Prices and payment
Prices are indicated in euros, without VAT (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI). Payment is made online, at the time of ordering, using one of the payment methods offered during checkout. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes of the destination country remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Handmade jewelry
Since each piece of jewelry is handmade, small variations in appearance are normal. Colors may also differ slightly depending on your screen. If a stone or material is no longer available, I will notify you and provide a refund. In the event of an obvious pricing or description error, I will contact you before validating your order.
Custom jewelry
For custom-made jewelry, a change of stone, or gold-plated finishing, I will first send you a proposal with its price. The order is only validated upon your agreement and payment. As these pieces are made according to your wishes, they are not eligible for the right of withdrawal (see the Returns and refunds policy page).
Delivery
My jewelry is shipped via Colissimo, delivered against signature. Production and delivery times, areas served, and fees are indicated on the Delivery and lead times page. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact me: I will handle it with the carrier. If the package is returned to me due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected, the re-shipping costs are at your expense.

Liability
I strive to keep the information on the site as accurate as possible; however, I make no warranties in this regard, express or implied. It is the responsibility of each user to ensure that their devices are protected against viruses or any other external factors. This site does not affect your consumer rights under current legislation in any way.
Severability
Any provision of these General Terms and Conditions that is found to be void, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason shall be deemed severed from the rest of the General Terms and Conditions, which shall remain valid and enforceable.
Governing law
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
Specific conditions for handmade jewelry by SEVEN
The following provisions supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the sevenbijoux.com site and apply to SEVEN artisanal creations.
Manufacturing warranty – 12 months
All my jewelry benefits from a 12-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only defects related to manufacturing and may lead, depending on the case, to a repair, an exchange, or a refund at no cost. Return shipping costs are also covered if the defect is confirmed. It is valid in all countries where I deliver.
This warranty is in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity (two years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, which you enjoy as a consumer and which are in no way limited by these terms.
For any warranty claim, please contact me via the contact form or by email at contact.sevenbijoux@gmail.com. Please provide your order number (or proof of purchase), as well as clear photos of the observed defect.
The manufacturing warranty does not cover:
- loss or theft;
- jewelry broken, deformed, or damaged by impact or improper handling;
- scratches, dents, or other signs of wear related to daily use;
- damage to stones (chips, cracks, scratches) due to impact or improper handling;
- alterations caused by chemical products (perfumes, makeup, cleaners, chlorine, etc.);
- discoloration or normal wear of metals, including the gradual wear of gold plating;
- any modification or repair performed by an unauthorized third party (other than SEVEN).
