Each SEVEN piece of jewelry is handmade to order. The total lead time therefore consists of two stages: production, followed by delivery.
1. Production time
- Simple jewelry, no personalization: up to 6 weeks.
- Personalized jewelry: approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
These timeframes begin once your order has been confirmed. You will receive an email as soon as your package has been shipped.
2. Delivery time
Your jewelry is shipped via Colissimo, requiring a signature upon delivery. Once the package has been shipped, delivery takes 2 to 3 business days within France (La Poste's estimated timeframe), and a little longer for the European Union. The tracking information can be found in your shipping confirmation email.
Where I ship
- France: €10.
- European Union*: €15. No taxes or customs duties are to be expected upon receipt.
*Excluding special territories (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Åland, Mount Athos, Heligoland, Büsingen, Livigno, Campione d'Italia, overseas territories, etc.).

Upon receipt
Your package is delivered against signature. Please check it upon arrival: if it is damaged, note this with the delivery person if possible, take photos, and write to me promptly. I will handle it with the carrier.
Package not received
If your package does not arrive, write to me at contact.sevenbijoux@gmail.com. I will open an inquiry with La Poste, and then, depending on the result, I will either resend your jewelry or provide you with a refund.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at the time of ordering. If the package is returned to me due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected, the reshipping costs will be at your expense.
